Application Timeline
The following includes all steps for a position with Thaddeus Stevens College. Please note that continuing with each step of the process is contingent upon successfully completing the previous step.

You applied! Your application will be reviewed for your qualifications
- First Interview
A Panel Interview will be coordinated with the Human Resources Department.
- Second Interview
A second Interview may be scheduled with the division Vice President.
- Third Interview
A third interview may be scheduled with the President.
- Job Offer!
If selected, an offer will be made. This offer will be conditional on any pre-employment conditions.
- Pre-employment Clearances
The College’s requirements may include, but are not limited to:
- Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
- Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal Records Check
- Federal Criminal History Record Information
- Start Work
Once your pre-employment clearances are complete, your start date will be scheduled!

Candidates may be required to attach an updated resume, last obtained degree, and references.
Some positions require a job specific supplemental questionnaire. Make sure to fill out all necessary questions in order to be considered for each job opening.
