PA 529 offers two tax-advantaged, flexible college and career savings plans. The Guaranteed Savings Plan that saves for tomorrow’s education at today’s rates or the Investment Plan that allows you to achieve saving goals through customized investment options. Employees can sign up for a payroll deduction right into a 529 plan with Treasury!
Keystone Scholars invests $100 for every baby born to a Pennsylvania resident on or after January 1, 2019, for their post-secondary education. This investment can be used for your child's future postsecondary education expenses and will grow alongside your child.

A variety of policies which cover tuition reimbursement for faculty and staff who pursue further education and professional development through various educational institutes. Amounts vary dependent on employee classification and policies.
As a Commonwealth employee, you may qualify for loan forgiveness through the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. This program forgives the remaining balance of your student loans after making 120 qualifying monthly payments under an accepted repayment plan.
